We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your reservation time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

3. No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your reservation and do not contact us in advance, you will be charged the full rental amount.

4. Inclement Weather:

Your safety is our priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation without any penalty to you.

5. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the reservation.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
